๐กBased in Singapore, I used to be a Human Resources (HR) practitioner. Leveraging on my past corporate experience in interfacing with both internal and external clients of all levels and diverse cultural background and my research, data analytical and report presentation skills, I took the plunge and entered the real estate industry in 2015. ๐ก
This was a natural move for me. There was no change in my role with the exception to my service offerings. It is still all about providing dedicated services to my clients with integrity - from listening to my clients' real estate requirements, providing appropriate advice, comprehensive comparative report analysis to support their property decision making to finally supporting the process towards securing or selling / leasing out the property.
๐ฐWhat's my estimated property sales proceed? What type of property can I buy based on my business budget or home affordability? ๐ฐ
With my educational background in Accountancy, it also helps when I could resonate with business owners and CEOs when they spoke about ROI and budget figures as I take note of their consideration. Likewise, I provide the same advice for home buyers and home sellers.

It's okay to be figuring out your property options. I have been a first-time buyer myself! In fact, I have been a first time seller/buyer myself of both local and overseas property.

Freedom of expression through painting, drawing, photography
Other than practicing my real estate, I also love painting photography and also blogging.
I am no artist. But I do enjoy the occasional painting, sketching and drawing. Painting makes me feel energised and refreshed. Apart from painting, I love graphic design. I've thoroughly enjoyed making all the graphics design to go with my blog posts.

Circuit Breaker Day 6 - Easter Sunday on 12th April 2020
It has been a awhile since I last pick up my paintbrush. And so on Easter Day, I've decided paint something (inspired by the many paintings Catherine Chay has posted recently. Faced with a blank canvas, I could not decide what to paint. So I went with my heart and painted one of my favourite woodland creature, Totoro visiting Singapore. Since it's Easter today, I painted Totoro a surprise one-of-its-kind Easter egg! ๐

I love taking photos of the sky and clouds. I made a point to catch the sunrise every other day and capture her beauty.
