๐ป I am literally Blessed by an Angel today ๐ผ
๐The TRUE value of a
small 3 digit commission Rental Closing ๐
๐ป The immense satisfaction and the encouragement that keep you going when your client trust you and still continue to stick by you despite the many other sources she could have gone to on her space options.
๐ป The priceless experience with an appreciative client – on top of all the tea/kopi treats, I was pleasantly surprised to receive this lovely Swarovski Angel handmade by the tenant (in one of my favourite color some more!)

๐ป And here’s my long-winded story for today:
Today I did a handover of a tiny office unit – my smallest commercial closing in my years of real estate journey BUT one that has left a very deep impression on me.
18th July - 1st viewing with Tenant Prospect (Ms A) – after viewing about 5 different units, Ms A didn’t seem to like any of them and specifically requested me to source for more spaces in Building Z. I replied ‘Let me take a look and get back to you.’ At the back of my mind, I knew I did not have any listings at Building Z. There were a couple of agents having listings for Building Z – and some could even be exclusive listing.
Despite me knowing that the odds of closing being rather slim, some form of persistence overtaken me telling me that I should just try my best to work on this tiny deal.
By some miracle (plus loads of hard work) & a little help from my good teammate, I somehow managed to source for 2 listings and propose to the tenant. 2nd viewing and she made an offer on the spot.
Today after the handover, Ms A (whom I only knew for these 2 weeks) shared with me over kopi how she has combed through the commercial listings on various portals and decided to call me (based on her gut feel). She knew I did not have any listings for Building Z. However, for some strange reason, she really wanted me to help her find the business space. She literally told me today that she knew and had faith in me that I would be able to revert with proposed units in Building Z.
I sat there stunned when Ms A told me that she has in fact saw the photos of the unit that she wanted through other sources but was just waiting for me to propose that unit to her. And somehow I really did pick out that unit and the rest was history. ๐
๐ป So please allow me to repeat my reflection for today – in our line of work, simply do our very best, let nature take its course and always have faith and believe that the unexpected will happen! ๐ป
